What people ask us first.
How much does a project cost?
It depends on the scope. The Discovery is free for our first clients and ends in a fixed proposal, with hours and price in writing. As a reference, automating one process end to end costs between US$2,000 and US$4,500.
How long does delivery take?
We set it in the proposal, with a date for each deliverable. We deliver every two weeks, so you try working progress from the first delivery.
Can you finish a system another vendor left behind?
Yes. We review what's there and tell you whether to finish it, fix it or rebuild it.
Who owns the code?
You do, from day one. The repository can live in your account, or we transfer it to you at the end along with the documentation and all access.
Do you sign NDAs?
Yes. We can sign yours or send you ours before the first call.
How do we work across time zones?
We're in UTC−3. With the US East Coast there's a one- or two-hour difference, and with Europe we share your afternoons. We set a fixed time for meetings and handle the rest in writing.
